Methods By urodynamics technique, the urine flow rate, filling pressure in bladder, pressure-flow study were examined in 77 cases of BPH in order to evaluate the detrusor function and the causes of urination disorders.

The postoperative urination of these cases was normal. The symptoms, the amount of residual urine and the urine flow rate of the prostata hyperplasia were distinctly improved and without serious complication, 9 cases of bladder cancer were treated by laser extensive irradiation.
