Determination of Diene Value in Cracking Gasoline by Infrared Transmission Spectrophotometry

The values measured by IR coincided with those of the reference method ( UOP326-65). The new method has advantages of better repeatability, facility and short analysis time, and it is suitable especially for control analysis of diene value in processing of gasoline.
