In order to investigate the relationship between cell immunologic function and hormonal levels of elderly, we studied the mitogenesis of peripheral T lymphocyte and IL 2 activities using bioassay technique, and plasma testosterone ( T) and estradiol ( E2) levels using radio immunoassay techniques.
