谐音记忆法
state（情况，状况）+ment（名词性后缀）→描述情况的行为=声明，陈述。
有人可能不认识state，请自行搜索state这个单词的记忆法。
还可以用谐音记忆法：
谐音：state=死逮他。ment=骂他。
联想：骂他。
我们死死地逮住他，嘴巴大声的骂他。【骂】就是大声的说话和陈述，肯定是通过【骂】这种形式，把被逮住的人对他进行观点和见解，用很严厉的方式进行说明与陈述。
