这两个词共同的意思是“邮件”。它们的区别是：

2.deliver指送货。例如:

The farmers guarantee the quantity and quality of the vegetables that are delivered.农民们保证交售蔬菜的质量和数量。

3.dispatch可指上级向下级派遣人员〔部队、舰队〕等,强调紧急发出。例如:

4.send不涉及客体的内容或方法。例如:
