二者区别在于：前者是“把某物扔给某人”,含有让某人接住某物的意味,是善意的; 而后者的意思是“把某物向某人扔去”,含有寻衅的意味,是恶意的。试比较：

The boy throws a bone at the dog.

throw oneself into, throw oneself on
